McFarlin Stanford, a business coaching firm, named Chris Psencik vice president of construction operations and sales coaching practices. Psencik graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s in horticulture, specializing in landscape design. He earned a certificate of management from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. His experience comes from 14 years of leading sales and construction teams for Southern Botanical, ValleyCrest and The Brickman Group. He’s a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), and he serves on the NALP political action committee.
Ruppert Landscape’s North Carolina landscape construction branch added Chad Lloyd as project manager and promoted Chris O’Shea to operations manager. Lloyd has 15 years of industry experience and has held positions as project manager and superintendent. He also owned his own company for three years. O’Shea graduated from Belmont Abbey College in 2001 with a bachelor’s in business management. He joined Ruppert in 2011 and has 14 years of industry experience.
Central Turf & Irrigation Supply, a North American wholesale distributor of irrigation, landscape, lighting and equipment supplies, appointed Shane Wiman as green projects manager. He’s previously worked as an account manager for Central in the turf division.
