The latest edition of The Grow Group’s Virtual Sales Bootcamp 2.0 will take place Dec. 18-19, giving landscape professionals and their teams the opportunity to dive deeper into sales best practices for landscaping companies.

During the event, Marty Grunder, the president and CEO of Grunder Landscaping and The Grow Group, and a Landscape Management columnist will share the strategies, tips and tactics he’s used to win at sales in his nearly 40 years of selling landscaping work. Chris Psencik, executive coach and facilitator with McFarlin Stanford, and Emily Lindley of The Grow Group and Grunder Landscaping, will join him.

The Virtual Sales Bootcamp 2.0 builds on concepts taught in the original virtual sales bootcamp, so this event is best for people who have already attended that event. Through six live online sessions, worksheets, instructional videos and Q&As, attendees will learn about:

  • The key attributes of a successful sales manager and how to set them up for success.
  • Setting realistic sales budgets that motivate you and your team to succeed.
  • Ways to track progress toward sales goals to create accountability and support your team.
  • Ways to make the handoff between sales and production more seamless.
  • How to overcome the objections you’re seeing frequently right now.
  • How to plan your marketing efforts to match your sales goals.

For those unable to attend the live sessions, recordings will be accessible for 30 days after the conclusion of the live event.
